I should've stacked the Wednesday votes!

If I'd known it was a dealbreaker for anyone I would have been a bit less flexible when I voted! I only cared about not-Tuesday.

I feel like I've walked past this place a gazillion times. 'Bout time I went in.

Damn Matt! Wed was not so good for others so we picked Monday. Next time we'll have to do free text response instead of a poll!

So I have a question for the group. I'm putting together a podcast pilot (called Bad Data) along with Shlee and Rexmortus the Red (aka Alec). And our first ep is all about the Fediverse. I thought it might be cool to include a little audio from our first ever Melbourne meetup. How would people feel if I recorded a little of the start/end of the event? Also...if anyone wants to chat with me on tape about the meet up or being on masto that would be cool, too. Of course, I'm pretty excited about meeting you all, regardless :)

I don't mind if you record some audio, as long as you're ok with toaster talk

Shit Stealing Santa Rules - Each player puts a wrapped present in the pile - Random allocation of numbers from 1 to n (n being the number of players) - Player 1 draws a present from the pile and unwraps it - Player 2 chooses to either unwrap a new present, or to steal someone else's unwrapped present - If your present has been stolen, it is your turn to steal or unwrap a new present. Then game returns to the number order - You cannot steal a present if it was stolen from you in the turn immediately previous - A present cannot be stolen more than three times and a player cannot be stolen from more than three times - After player n's first turn it is player 1's turn - Game ends after player n's second turn (i.e. we go around twice)

Ah, the structure I'd been lacking! Thanks Kat, for keeping us organised.

all it needs now is for some anarchist to bring more than one present.
